Wyse Homes joined forces four years ago with Cousens Brothers Building Ltd and Cousens Brothers Developments Ltd. They have drawn on their combined wealth of experience resulting in new modern stylish properties and architecturally sympathetic redevelopments all designed and built to a high specification to bring you a selection of properties that offer fine contemporary living and complete peace of mind.

Wyse Homes concentrates on purchasing land for new developments and prime location buildings for conversion.  

Our most recent development was a key hotel site in the heart of Teignmouth in which 22 high class apartments with 2 commercial units situated on the ground floor of the building; twenty of these apartments have already been sold.  

This development has been recognised nationally at the build in quality awards held in London in 2007.  

We are currently building 14 new luxury 2 bedroom apartments all boasting sea views overlooking Dawlish in South Devon they will be available in the summer of 2008. We also have a selection of large modern detached houses in Shaldon, South Devon currently being built; please contact us for further details.  

Our future development plans are awaiting approval for 58 Apartments in a re-development located in the heart of Torquay, South Devon.
