The Location 

Dawlish is a picturesque town situated on the South Devon coastline with a mainline railway station situated on the sea front as well as good road links to the A38 and the M5. 
The architecture of the town dates back to both Victorian and Georgian periods. The beautiful park called ‘The Lawn’ is host to many species of exotic plants and palms; a river gently runs through middle of the park which possesses a great variety of ducks, rare wildfowl and the famous black swans. Dawlish has three beaches, Coryton Cove, Boat Cove and the main beach which runs along in front of the town and stretches for over a mile and leads onto the large beaches at Dawlish Warren 
 
Dawlish offers something for everyone as it has a good selection of cafes, inns, restaurants, galleries, and a theatre and also being a coastal town there is great range of fishing and boating trips available.

The Development

Outlook Court is located in East Cliff Road, Dawlish (post code for SatNav users – EX7 0BP) East Cliff Road is a mature road with varied types of residential housing with a mixture of old Victorian period buildings and more modern properties. It is a relatively quiet residential area and highly regarded. Road noise is minimal and often the sea can be heard, with waves lapping on to the beach! 
 
As its name suggests Outlook Court enjoys an “outlook” towards the coast, over a handful of neighbouring properties, the coastline of Dawlish (The Parson & The Clerk) and beyond to the Orestone Rock at Babbacombe can be seen from higher up in the building. Each property has some kind of outlook but obviously this varies depending upon its position within the building.

The “Type A” apartment features a 4.9m (16’) x 1.65m (5’5”) balcony, south facing and facing towards the coast with an outlook over the communal gardens. Throughout, the specification remains high, a kitchen with integrated appliances, stainless steel oven, hob & microwave and granite worktops all feature. The bathroom & shower rooms enjoy high quality sanitary ware and ceramic wall & floor tiling too. The rooms are very comfortable. The living room being 7.15m (23’6”) long and the main bedroom just under 5m (16’5”) square! There’s an en suite shower room and full sized bathroom. This is one not to miss! 

On the ground floor the balcony is replaced by a huge south facing patio, measuring 35’ (10.6m), more than enough space for a couple of sun loungers!
